How can I cancel my subscription?

You can easily do this yourself, just follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click on ” Manage Subscriptions”
3. Click on “Cancel”

Please remember, if you cancel before the 5th of the month you will not receive your box.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes, if you feel like you need a break from us you can skip a monthly delivery:
1. Log in to your account.
2. Click on “Manage subscription”.
3. Click on “Delivery schedule”.
4. Click on “Skip”.

You’ll skip the upcoming month and we’ll reactive your subscription the next month.

How much does the subscription cost?

The first month is free. After the first month the subscription you pay €15,95 per month.

We charge your card around the 5th of every month, your monthly box will be delivered every end of the month.

When do you take the payment?

The payment for your monthly box will be taken every month around the 5th.

How do I change my billing information?

1. Log in to your account.
2. Select “Billing information” from the menu.
3. Click on “Edit”.

Do I have to stay at home for delivery?

No, your monthly box fits perfectly through your mailbox.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to most countries, please use the check out to see if we deliver to your country.

What’s in the box?

Every month you’ll receive a box with three pairs of panties. You tell us your preference when you sign up, it can either be thongs, briefs, or both of them. 

Do you have a size chart?

Yes, you can find our size chart here.

The sizes are true to size, but there is always a chance that the size isn’t correct. If your size isn’t correct please contact us at info@thepinkwear.com

What is fit guarantee?

Buying clothes online can be very annoying because you can’t try it on before you receive it, that’s why we offer fit guarantee. Is the size not correct? No problem! We will send you a free new box with the right size, we’ll also adjust your size for the upcoming months. Please contact us at info@thepinkwear.com
